Steve was more than just a staff member; he was the embodiment of what it meant to be a Green Knight. As a proud graduate of the class of 1993 and a father to two cherished children—Steven Odierno ’23 and Katherine Odierno ’25 (IHA)—Steve’s life was deeply intertwined with the Saint Joseph Regional community. His contributions to the school extended far beyond the bounds of his professional duties; he was a cornerstone of the school’s culture, a mentor to many, and a friend to all.

Steve’s colleagues remember him as a gentle presence with a generous spirit. He found joy in lifting others up and celebrated even the smallest victories with the same enthusiasm as the grandest accomplishments. His positivity was infectious, and his laugh a familiar comfort across campus.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steve was a devoted father who glowed with pride over his children’s successes. He celebrated Steven’s graduation from SJR in 2023 and supported Katherine’s achievements at Immaculate Heart Academy (IHA) with the same pride and devotion. His love for his family was evident in every story he shared and every moment he cherished.
